An Ecological Place To Work

workplace6 strives to have one of the smallest environmental footprints of any commercial office building. There are 40 solar hot water panels on the roof which generate hot water for showers and hand basins, while reducing gas consumption. The building's air conditioning system also features an outside air system that incorporates approximately 50% more fresh air than the required amount.
 

Let It Shine

Throughout the campus-style building, workspaces are flooded with natural light both from the atrium and external windows overlooking Sydney Harbour. The atrium, made from recycled timber, and the building's low emissivity facade glazing also contribute to workplace6's 6 Star Green Star Award.
