workplace6 comprises 16,200 sqm of office accommodation over five upper levels and 1,800 sqm of retail space on the ground floor.
Key features include:
  • Large floor plates with a typical floor area of 3,600 sqm
  • Open central atrium zone allowing light to reach the centre zone of each floor
  • Natural light is further enhanced by external light shelves designed to reflect light up into the internal space, ensuring daylight penetrates deeper into the workspace.

  • 120 bicycle racks
Operable facades allow the installation of open wintergardens in various locations throughout the campus style building and indoor/outdoor rooms with opening windows overlooking Sydney and the harbour.
